In June 2024, 650 bottles of Probus 2020 were buried at the foot of the majestic Grand Dôme chamber. A vintage matured in the depths of the Earth, at 13°C and 98% humidity, offering ideal conditions for optimal aging.

A singular experiment born from a passionate collaboration between the Gouffre de Padirac and the Clos Triguedina estate. On 11 June 2025, the teams unearthed this buried treasure, marking five years of exceptional collaboration that began to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the discovery of the Gouffre de Padirac.

This exceptional vintage is now available for sale in a limited edition at the Boutique-Librairie du Gouffre and on its Eboutique. It is also available for tasting as part of our VIP tours.
